📋 Description

Perform home health visits in Staunton and Harrisonburg, VA
Follow designated care plans for each patient
Administer medications and provide wound care and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager
Document observations and interventions in the EMR/tablet
Provide 1:1 care with flexible schedules and team support

🎯 Requirements

Current Virginia RN license
Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home care experience preferred
Graduation from accredited nursing program
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred
