📋 Description

• Per Diem RN opportunity for home health visits in Senior Living in Frederick County, MD
• Flexible schedules with 1:1 care and work/life balance
• Home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Follow care plans and document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Travel to cases as assigned; perform meds, wound care, and treatments

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD licensed Registered Nurse
• At least 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time; strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
