Registered Nurse, Start of Care

📋 Description

• Start of Care/Oasis Admissions RN in Jacksonville, FL
• Full-time position serving Duval, Baker, Clay and Nassau Counties on a per visit basis
• Follow care plans, perform home visits, and document care provided
• Travel to cases as assigned to deliver home health services
• Use electronic documentation and EMR tools during client visits
• Support missions of BAYADA with compassionate, reliable care

🎯 Requirements

• Current FL Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home health experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and travel to cases
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred
