📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs responsible for reviewing and
• Monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, billable activity, staffing
• Conduct clinical audits and chart reviews to assess triage quality, documentation accuracy
• Provide structured coaching, real-time feedback, and formal performance management to strengthen
• Partner with RN Managers and clinical leadership on escalation pathways, staffing models, workflow
• Support recruiting and onboarding by assessing candidates for triage readiness, clinical

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN Compact multi-state license required.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience leading nurses in a high-volume
• Demonstrated experience evaluating clinical quality, triage decisions, escalation appropriateness
• Strong operational management experience using metrics such as alert volume, throughput, handling
• Experience managing remote teams, including scheduling, PTO coordination, staffing coverage, and
