Registered Nurse (Telehealth/SUD)

📋 Description

• Provide telehealth patient engagement and monitoring via phone/text/video.
• Support patients in the Boulder app to engage and start treatment.
• Educate patients about addiction, medications, and services.
• Provide overdose prevention, education, and safer-use guidance.
• Access PDMP information and monitor adherence per protocol.
• Assess progress and update treatment plans with the care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residency.
• 2+ years specialized outpatient SUD nursing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Embrace a harm reduction approach to care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service and computer skills.
• Multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
