Registered Nurse - Transition Team

📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to clients at home in Chester, DE, and MontCo.
• Support transition from hospital to ongoing home care.
• Provide training to the ongoing BAYADA care team.
• Travel throughout Chester County, Delaware County and Montg. County.
• Maintain a consistent 40-hour per week schedule.
• Choose day or overnight shifts as available.

🎯 Requirements

• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience.
• Pass high-tech adult and pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Ability to teach and educate the BAYADA care team.
• Commit to ongoing, consistent 40-hr/week schedule.
• Flexibility to cover weekends (at least four per month).
