📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing per care plan, including meds and wound care
• Assess patients, educate families, monitor condition
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations on a touchpad tablet
• Per diem with on-call rotation; manage 1 case weekly
• Orientation in Kona/Hilo for onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• A current Hawaii nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in past 2 years
