Provide RN home health care on per-visit basis in Richmond area
Follow designated care plans per patient needs
Administer meds, wound care, treatments, procedures
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Document doctors' orders and care discussions
Perform client assessments and coordinate case management

🎯 Requirements

Active VA Registered Nurse license
Prior home health experience preferred
Graduate of accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience helpful
Willingness to travel to cases as assigned
