Registered Nurse - Weekend SOC - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in MD territories
• Administer medications; provide wound care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document orders and follow up with doctors
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home health experience preferred
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR)
