📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based OCD psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform
• Manage caseload and schedule
• Build practitioner resilience
• Develop mission-driven, member-focused professional identity
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR
• Collaborate with providers to reinforce treatment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Full unrestricted license to practice in Canada (RP/RSW)
• Masters degree or higher in behavioral/mental health field
• At least 6 months post-master's supervised experience with ERP/CBT/ACT
• Experience treating OCD with ERP/ACT preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in G-suite, Zoom, MS Office, and Adobe
