• Own opening, closing, and security for showroom/pop-ups; weekends required.

🎯 Requirements

• Know baby gear inside and out.
• 2+ years guiding parents through registry/gear decisions.
• 2+ years retail or guest service; relationship-driven.
• Warm, empathetic in-person communicator; build trust.
• Coach and support team on product features and safety.
• Flexible team player; weekend availability required; open to feedback.
