📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance messaging transport services using SMTP.
• Manage Windows Server and IIS infrastructure supporting regulated messaging workflows.
• Develop Python-based automation and integrations to improve efficiency.
• Design, deploy, and oversee messaging retention and archiving for global compliance.
• Configure and test Proofpoint Enterprise Archive retention/archiving capabilities.
• Maintain governance frameworks for messaging and email platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering/architecture experience with Windows SMTP, retention, and archiving.
• Hands-on Windows IIS SMTP forwarding services configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with email retention and archiving platforms.
• Experience administering Proofpoint Enterprise Archive; other Proofpoint products not substitutes.
• Strong Python skills for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases; Windows Server admin.
