📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance messaging transport services using SMTP.
• Manage Windows Server and IIS infrastructure for regulated messaging workflows.
• Develop Python automation and integrations to improve efficiency.
• Design and oversee messaging retention and archiving to meet global compliance.
• Configure Proofpoint Enterprise Archive and retention capabilities.
• Implement governance for messaging and email platforms with compliance in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering and architecture experience with Windows-based SMTP forwarding, email retention
• Hands-on Windows IIS SMTP forwarding: configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization.
• Practical experience with email retention, archiving, or vaulting platforms.
• Experience administering Proofpoint Enterprise Archive; other Proofpoint products not
• Strong Python skills for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
