📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Manager of Regulatory Affairs to track and communicate changes in local
• Maintain a regulatory strategy aligned with business goals and timelines
• Ensure all contracts with state and county agencies, Medicaid payors, and MCOs adhere to legal and
• Lead Change of Ownership (CHOW) applications and lead the state licensure process for new markets
• Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation in support of contracts
• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry (required)
• Experience with contract management, licensing, or regulatory compliance in healthcare, Medicaid
• Experience with state Medicaid/Medicare applications or regulatory filings (preferred)
