📋 Description

• Research, prepare, review, and submit permit applications for short-term rental properties
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of permits, approval conditions, renewal deadlines, and

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with municipal authorities and government

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an operational, fast-paced environment. Experience
• Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, permitting, legal operations, real estate, or
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related
• Demonstrated ability to research, interpret, and summarize complex regulations, municipal
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to draft precise, professional
• Strong planning and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple permit
