📋 Description

• Own Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Strengthen operational and procedural adherence to MAS
• Lead regulatory engagement, including license-related matters, regulatory applications and
• Proactively anticipate, interpret, and assess regulatory developments in Singapore and APAC
• Drive a risk-based approach to regulatory governance, ensuring robust controls, clear
• Oversee and enhance Xendit's AML/CFT compliance framework, ensuring alignment with local statutory
• Oversee EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, periodic reviews, and suspicious

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, or
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions
• Strong recent and working knowledge of Singapore's regulatory environment, including MAS
• Strong self-motivation and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Sound commercial judgment, with the ability to balance regulatory requirements, risk appetite, and
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical operational controls and
