Regulatory and Product Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as primary legal advisor on product features and GTM
• Advise on consumer protection laws (UDAAP, lending, licensing)
• Support CMS including policies, training, monitoring, corrective action
• Review and approve customer-facing materials for regulatory accuracy
• Assist with vendor risk management and contract oversight
• Support licensing portfolio management and regulatory filings

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of regulatory legal experience (law firm/regulator/fintech/in-house)
• Substantive knowledge of consumer financial protection laws (TILA, EFTA, ECOA, UDAAP)
• Experience advising on product initiatives in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with compliance management systems and core components
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex concepts
