• Own regulatory reporting for the EMI; accurate, complete, on time
• Keep internal policies aligned with CBC, CySEC, EBA, EU frameworks
• Review new products and processes for regulatory requirements
• Run impact assessments for product launches and changes
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Tech to embed compliance daily
• Support audits, inspections, and reviews; prep, respond, follow up

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks and compliance principles
• Sharp analytical mindset and an eye for detail
• Excellent English (B2+)
• Proactive, structured, and ready to take ownership
• Experience in fintech, payments, or EMI environments
