📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve O-I's North America Quality, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance
• Serve as the subject matter expert for food safety, product safety, food-contact compliance, and
• Lead internal, customer, third-party, and regulatory audits, driving effective corrective actions
• Monitor changing regulations and industry requirements, ensuring timely implementation and ongoing
• Oversee quality system documentation, certifications, compliance declarations, and regulatory
• Assess quality, food safety, and compliance risks while partnering with cross-functional teams to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience leading food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
• Strong audit experience, including customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.
• Experience as a Plant Quality Manager or similar quality leadership role.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive compliance across multiple locations.
