Regulatory Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage regulatory readiness for new market launches, researching state, county, and local
• Identify company, driver, vehicle, training, screening, permitting, registration, and reporting
• Coordinate applications, approvals, permits, registrations, and other launch dependencies with
• Maintain launch-readiness plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify
• Ensure required documentation and approvals are complete and organized before new markets become
• Manage driver and vehicle compliance across active markets, including insurance, vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, transportation compliance, healthcare
• Demonstrated experience executing hands-on compliance activities and managing programs, balancing
• Experience working across multiple states or jurisdictions preferred; familiarity with
• Ability to interpret regulations and agency requirements and translate them into clear, repeatable
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a consistent focus on maintaining
• Strong project management capabilities, including managing multiple workstreams, deadlines

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year, plus equity.
