Regulatory Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, job
• Support the enhancement and ongoing maintenance of OKX SG’s AML/CFT, sanctions and broader
• Prepare clear, well-structured written materials for CCO, senior management, Board, auditors, and
• Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, control enhancements, and remediation actions
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of management information, governance reporting, and
• Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests by organizing documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance with a MAS
• Direct experience supporting regulatory license applications, major regulatory change programs
• Strong working knowledge of MAS Securities and Future Act and corresponding rules and regulations
• Experience drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, governance papers
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex regulatory or operational issues into clear written
