📋 Description

• Assist with the maintenance of MoonPay's existing portfolio of US Money Transmitter Licenses
• Help coordinate state regulatory examinations by organizing documentation, tracking requests, and
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to state money services business (MSB)
• Support due diligence reviews for new and existing business partnerships, helping assess licensing
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls documentation to reflect current

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within fintech, payments, money services
• Hands-on experience working with US state Money Transmitter Licenses, including renewals
• Familiarity with the NMLS system and state MSB licensing processes.
• Working knowledge of US state and federal money transmission regulations and reporting requirements.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and regulatory
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external partners in a
