📋 Description

Provide strategic regulatory advice on payments laws and licensing
Collaborate with product teams on regulatory, commercial needs
Lead regulatory engagements with regulators and auditors
Identify emerging obligations and integrity risks, address them
Translate obligations into policies and procedures for global rollout
Represent regulatory in cross-functional workstreams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years regulatory experience with regulators or legal function
Knowledge of Mexican payments, financial services and fintech
Licensed attorney; CNBV AML/CFT preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong initiative, independence and ownership
Analytical thinker with creative problem solving
