📋 Description

• Lead and evaluate regulatory research and corporate structuring to inform the international
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the International Team in evaluating new markets, and providing
• Assess licensing and compliance requirements (e.g., package travel regulations, payments, data
• Manage and coordinate local counsel across multiple jurisdictions, synthesizing their input into a
• Build lightweight, scalable processes for monitoring regulatory changes across active and
• Digest regulatory and legal requirements into tangible requirements and partner with International

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal/compliance and regulatory operations experience (combined Big Law and in-house in
• J.D.
• Experience with market entry or product expansion in a travel tech, fintech, healthcare
• Commercial with excellent judgment balancing legal and business risk with appropriate escalations
• Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
