📋 Description

• Serve as primary legal/regulatory advisor for new product launches globally.
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses for target jurisdictions before licenses.
• Develop and maintain product compliance frameworks and playbooks.
• Advise Product/Tech/Business/Fiat on regulatory constraints and geo-restrictions.
• Assess regulatory classification of products across jurisdictions.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and flag risks/opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/JD) with bar admission preferred
• 3-6 years in regulatory/financial/tech law or crypto
• Understanding crypto product structures and regulatory treatment across jurisdictions
• Multi-jurisdiction regulatory analysis with actionable findings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English fluency; Chinese a plus; collaborative
