Regulatory Examination Manager

📋 Description

• Own and lead federal bank examinations for SFS and Holdco, incl. FDIC exams.
• Manage examinations across federal agencies for Block and affiliates.
• Serve as primary point of contact with federal regulators during and between exams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep Block exam-ready and respond to regulator requests.
• Lead exam workstreams from First Day Letter through post-exam remediation.
• Maintain institutional knowledge of Block's regulatory history and exam records.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of regulatory examination management or regulatory affairs in financial services.
• Experience managing FDIC exams from the bank side, incl. prep and examiner communications.
• Experience with OCC examination and oversight frameworks preferred.
• Strong track record building and maintaining regulator relationships.
• Familiarity with bank partnership models and related regulatory obligations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional exam responses across teams.
• BA/BS required; paralegal background a plus.
