Regulatory Lawyer

📋 Description

• Advise on financial regulatory matters and filings across global jurisdictions.
• Manage end-to-end filing preparation and submission per KKR procedures with legal analysis.
• Maintain documentation and records of regulatory advice and filing activity.
• Track and monitor KKR's regulated entities and interpret regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to keep regulator info up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Seven+ years post-qualification in financial services regulation or with regulated entities.
• Experience managing complex multi-party processes across teams, external counsel, regulators.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior executives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Qualified lawyer with current practising certificate (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent).
