Regulatory Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Advise on implementation and compliance with EU, UK and other EMEA digital regulations, with a
• Support regulatory engagement and investigations with the European Commission, the EU AI Office
• Work cross-functionally with Safety, Product and Engineering to assess new features and AI products
• Track and analyze new legislation, codes of practice, guidelines and enforcement trends across
• Help build scalable processes, templates and playbooks for regulatory compliance and product review.
• Partner with Compliance, Product Counsel, Privacy, Litigation and Policy colleagues to keep

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer of good standing ideally UK and/or EU
• Ideally 5+ years of legal experience in technology, platform or digital regulation, at a top-tier
• Strong working knowledge of the DSA and/or UK OSA; we don't expect every candidate to have deep
• Strong understanding of the legislative process and the technology industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a succinct and
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-legal teams and to understand how products work.
