Regulatory Manager

📋 Description

• Lead worldwide regulatory compliance for SonicWall hardware.
• Own global certification strategy for RF, EMC, safety, and env regs.
• Coordinate NPI regulatory planning and cert maintenance.
• Collaborate with hardware/RF/firmware, product mgmt, labs, and regulators.
• Review test plans, declarations, and certification docs.
• Monitor evolving worldwide requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years hardware regulatory compliance experience in wireless/networking products.
• IEEE 802.11 expertise; Wi-Fi technologies incl. Wi-Fi 7.
• Experience managing FCC, ISED, CE/RED, UKCA, ACMA certifications.
• Product safety, EMC, RF exposure/SAR, RoHS, REACH, PFAS, Prop 65 knowledge.
• Experience with UL, TÜV, SGS, Intertek and other cert labs.
• Strong PM, vendor mgmt, and English communication; global collaboration.
