Regulatory Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own high-sensitivity global regulatory escalations and trust & safety cases.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Policy, Product, and Support on escalations.
• Design processes, tooling, playbooks, and knowledge articles for compliance.
• Scale operations to power safe, compliant user experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives strengthening regulatory infra.
• Monitor case quality, SLA metrics, and escalation accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in legal operations, regulatory compliance, or trust & safety.
• Deep familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, DMCA, EU AI Act, DSA/OSA.
• Experience with audits/escalations with in-house counsel, DPOs, or regulators.
• Experience with vendor operations at scale and tiered support.
• Structured, systems-first mindset for governance and risk evaluation.
• Clear, empathetic written communication for sensitive issues.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with multiple priorities.
