📋 Description

• Handle and resolve complex regulatory and user issues involving regulatory, audit, or compliance
• Manage regional content moderation and online safety requirements in markets including EU, UK
• Address Trust & Safety incidents that intersect with regulatory obligations.
• Handle privacy and intellectual property escalations such as privacy rights requests or copyright
• Perform risk evaluations and investigations to shape the safety of users and compliance with

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, and trust & safety
• Experience translating content moderation or online safety requirements into operational workflows
• Experience partnering with in-house legal counsel, DPOs, or external regulators on audits
• Understanding of tiered support structures and experience with vendor operations at scale.
• A structured automation-first, systems mindset to operational governance and risk evaluation.
• Clear, empathetic, and effective communication, especially in writing responses to sensitive issues.
