Lead regulatory strategy for California permitting and key regulations.
Coordinate with regulators, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Analyze field data to identify impacts and permitting needs.
Develop schedules and ensure timely regulatory deliverables.
Produce clear, technical documents and review others' work.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or related field.
10+ years environmental/regulatory experience.
Expertise preparing and submitting CA environmental permit documents.
Advanced understanding of environmental regulations, permits, and compliance.
Strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
Field data collection, sampling, QA/QC experience.
