📋 Description

• Lead the strategic evolution of regulatory systems, processes, and data capabilities
• Define and execute roadmaps for regulatory tech initiatives
• Improve regulatory platforms (Veeva Vault RIM) data flows and integrations
• Lead business-side integration mapping with stakeholders
• Simplify, automate, and harmonize regulatory processes
• Manage delivery of system/process/data changes via delivery frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in regulatory affairs/operations/systems
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault RIM (data, docs, workflows, submissions)
• Translate business needs into system enhancements
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Familiar with Azure DevOps or similar delivery model
• Automation/AI-enabled optimization or data improvement desirable
