Regulatory Treasury Manager

📋 Description

• Maintain global safeguarding framework; set standards; ensure local compliance.
• Support QA and controls for regulatory treasury; include CRR, MiFID, EMIR.
• Conduct horizon scanning and risk/controls mapping for treasury matters.
• Design policies and procedures to meet treasury regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
• Support annual internal or external audit delivery and remediation.
• Collaborate with Tech, Data Product, Ops, Finance, Compliance and Internal Audit.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal or regulatory roles; compliance/audit experience valued.
• Business or legal degree.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); policy writing & global policy frameworks.
• Knowledge of 3 Lines of Defence; risk and controls assessment.
• Experience interpreting regulations and translating into actionable items.
• Strong communication; cross-functional collaboration; proactive and detail-oriented.
