Regulatory Treasury Manager

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining global safeguarding framework and controls.
• Support regulatory treasury QA and controls, incl. CRR, MiFID, EMIR.
• Assist horizon scanning and gap mapping for treasury regulations.
• Help design policies and procedures meeting treasury regulatory needs.
• Support annual internal/external audit delivery and remediation.
• Collaborate with Tech, Data Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit to drive change.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of 5+ years in legal or regulatory roles in financial services.
• Education: business or legal degree.
• IT and documentation: MS Office; policy writing and governance.
• Good understanding of three lines of defence and risk controls.
• Experience interpreting regulations and translating to actions.
• Strong communication; able to work cross-functional and independently.
