Rehabilitation Manager

📋 Description

• Provide program knowledge and leadership in day-to-day therapy program management.
• Ensure team assists participants and therapists in appointment prep.
• Oversee treatment programs for each participant as directed by supervising therapists.
• Oversee contract management of speech therapy as needed.
• Follow regulatory statutes for rehabilitation services, PACE, and ADHC.
• Communicate staffing needs and policy changes to Center and Clinical Directors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy with 5 years rehab experience.
• Knowledge to treat frail elderly participants with complex needs.
• Two years supervisory experience mentoring and developing staff.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification at hire preferred.
