Rehabilitation Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day management of rehabilitation therapy programs.
• Ensure team assists participants and therapists in appointment preparation.
• Oversee the team who carries out prescribed treatment programs for each participant.
• Manage contract oversight for speech therapy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory statutes for rehab services, PACE, and ADHC.
• Communicate with the Center Director and Clinical Services Director on staffing and policy changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Physical or Occupational Therapy; plus five (5) years of rehab experience.
• 2+ years direct rehab management/leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR/First Aid certification upon hire preferred.
