Rehabilitation Manager - Loveland, CO

📋 Description

• Lead and support rehabilitation field staff in alignment with BAYADA standards for quality
• Partner with Clinical Manager and Director to ensure consistent field staff management and
• Oversee rehab service delivery, review therapy documentation, support accurate ICD coding, and
• Match clinicians to clients and streamline documentation from start of care to discharge.
• Support timely case management, authorization management, and interdisciplinary communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license in good standing as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language
• Graduation from an accredited therapist program.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• At least two years of direct therapy experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven record of responsible leadership.
• Completion of clinical quizzes, competency checks, and background/exclusions checks; ongoing CE
