Relationship Account Manager (Home loan Sales)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end partner bank relationships for mortgage ops.
• Serve as primary liaison across product, ops, finance, legal, and marketing.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in home loan and mortgage teams.
• Lead onboarding, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and loan conversions.
• Monitor loan pipelines and prepare weekly/monthly CRM reports.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a B2B sales or partnership role.
• Experience in home loans at major Philippine banks preferred.
• Proven record managing corporate/banking relationships with strong negotiation.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, banking workflows, and credit eval in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in sales, client retention, upselling, or pipeline management advantageous.
