• Own the operational health, business readiness, and overall experience of an assigned portfolio of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related experience; an advanced degree with at least 5
• Relevant experience in life insurance, annuities, financial services, relationship management
• Strong knowledge of the life insurance and annuity industry, distribution practices, market trends
• Understanding of life insurance and/or annuity distribution processes, including new business
• Familiarity with distribution models such as multi-level marketing (MLM), independent marketing
• Demonstrated success managing complex partner relationships, leading onboarding activities

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $93,750–$137,500 USD. The final offer may vary based on relevant experience
