📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor, build client relationships, and understand priorities and risks.
• Own and drive growth across portfolio: renewals, upsell, cross-sell, winback.
• Develop and execute structured account plans with goals, stakeholders, next steps.
• Identify and convert white space opportunities into growth initiatives.
• Own opportunities end-to-end, from problem to deal closure.
• Maintain revenue by managing churn risks and retention strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven field or senior inside sales/relationship management experience.
• Proven track record closing deals and meeting or exceeding quota.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for growth.
• Ability to analyze client environments and prioritize growth.
• Strong account planning skills: priorities, stakeholders, next steps.
