🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong interest in stablecoins, payments, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Comfortable with basic financial modeling or spreadsheet analysis.
