  • Process, review, and release client shipments across modes, meeting deadlines.
  • Create customs entries by reviewing records, vendors, and classifications.
  • Enter and validate shipment data for release, rating, billing, and compliance.

  • Review docs to confirm release conditions and regulatory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to obtain missing docs.

  • Respond to information requests via phone or email.
  • Prioritize workload by requirements and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or additional post-secondary education preferred.
  • No prior professional experience required; training and development opportunities available.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of work.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and decide within guidelines.
  • Customer-service mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced env.
  • Professional communication style and ability to represent the organization positively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and common business tools.
  • Willingness to pursue the CCS designation, if not obtained.
  • Ability to complete the CCS examination for career advancement opportunities.
