Release Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep releases reliable and repeatable.
• Manage branching strategies, coordinate code freezes, and handle hotfix releases.
• Diagnose pipeline failures and resolve build bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
• Automate repetitive release tasks and improve YouTrack workflows for better issue tracking.
• Gather requirements from development teams to turn pain points into smooth tooling improvements.
• Communicate process changes to stakeholders and support teams through transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g.
• Fluency in Kotlin or Java.
• Practical experience working with Gradle or similar build systems.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Proficiency Experience using issue tracking tools like YouTrack or Jira to manage workflows.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
