📋 Description

• Design and evolve the release model: versioning, config, deployment, validation
• Build and maintain release tooling, deployment automation, and configuration systems
• Operate and support the global release pipeline for reliable end-to-end releases
• Monitor release performance and system health signals
• Analyze failures and provide structured feedback to improve release quality
• Improve release processes and tooling based on observed issues and scale

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in production environments
• Strong experience with release automation, deployment systems, and configuration management
• Ability to diagnose complex release and deployment failures and implement durable solutions
• Experience influencing engineering practices through system design and standards
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and release processes
• Ability to work across teams and communicate effectively in English
