Release Management Engineer, Mobile

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end release process for Phantom’s iOS and Android apps.
• Manage release schedules, branches, versioning, build promotion, and app store submissions.
• Coordinate release readiness across engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders.
• Lead go/no-go decisions and communicate risks and blockers.
• Manage TestFlight, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and staged rollouts.
• Coordinate hotfixes, emergency releases, and rollback plans when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in release engineering, mobile DevOps, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience releasing production iOS and Android apps.
• Strong knowledge of App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Console, signing/provisioning.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD systems: GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, Buildkite.
• Experience managing release branches, versioning, hotfixes, and staged rollouts.
• Troubleshoot mobile build and deployment issues.
