Release Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain PayIt Outdoors Release schedule by coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, development teams, and quality assurance to define
• Oversee the end-to-end release process, including User Acceptance and Production deployment
• Schedule and run release reviews
• Keep track of the branches and make sure the merges occur after sprints
• Communicate release schedules, status updates, and potential risks to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in release management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing software
• Knowledge of change control and release management processes
• Experience with Jira administration, including workflow architecture and process automation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks
• High integrity, drive, grit, high aptitude, and team orientation
