📋 Description

• Model release planning & coordination: Own the model release cycle, maintaining a steady and
• Gating & promotion: Define and run the gates that promote a model from hypothesis → training →
• Issues management: Driving investigations and follow-up actions on regressions, integration issues
• Bottleneck identification & improvement: Identify constraints in the model-release process and
• Process & systems building: Understand how model releases fit into the wider system of model
• Tooling & automation influence: Partner with ML platform and integration teams to shape

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in release management, software engineering, or a related field, with
• Strong understanding of various software development life cycles (SDLC) and release lifecycle
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
• Comfortable operating with high ambiguity — requirements, architecture, and timelines can shift
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, grounded in a rigorous, analytical mindset.
