📋 Description

• Plan, author, and maintain install/admin guides and runbooks.
• Create Warfighter-focused end-user guides.
• Document install/config guides for components and integrations.
• Document admin/day-2 operations: upgrades, health checks, constraints.
• Build troubleshooting/runbooks with symptom-based steps.
• Manage docs in a Git workflow with templates and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years writing technical docs for software platforms (DevSecOps, infra, Kubernetes-adjacent).
• Experience producing install guides, admin manuals, and runbooks.
• Able to interpret design docs into clear guidance for operators.
• Air-gapped or government contexts preferred.
• Strong collaboration with engineering to align docs with behavior.
• Proficient with Git-based workflows and Markdown/static-site docs.
