Lead Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) to improve asset reliability.
Coordinate reliability improvements for site equipment and utilities.
Develop and monitor Asset Operations and Maintenance Plans.
Define and enforce Life Cycle Asset Management across assets.
Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to optimize reliability.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in Reliability Engineering, preferably pharma/cGMP
Proficient with CMMS (e.g., MAXIMO) or similar
Six Sigma experience is beneficial
Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail
